Natural Method Classes
Our Natural Method and Parkour Conditioning classes are based on natural movement done in a natural settings. You will have the privilege of doing workouts concentrated on running, down trial running, climbing trees and even workouts in our Texas rivers. You wont see kettle bells in these classes, you’ll see logs and rocks. You wont see as much concrete and iron as much you will see hills and trees. Be ready to release your inner nature lover.
We are scheduling classes for the month of November now!

WHAT IS OUR CLASS ALL ABOUT?
While there are some differences between Natural Method (also called Natural Movement) and Parkour, they originated mostly from the work of Georges Hébert and continue to carry several similarities.
Both Natural Method and Parkour focus on balance, skill, agility, strength, coordination, flow and safety while Natural Method focuses on the same using ten fundamental groups: walking, running, jumping, quadrupedal movement, climbing, equilibrium (balancing), throwing, lifting, defending and swimming. (we leave out the defending portion of this).
This group will host and announce workouts for both Parkour and Natural Method as well as some combined workouts focused more on conditioning the body for both practices.
