I've been troubling myself with that question for a while now. It's kind of odd how I think of myself as a traceur with no unique style. Maybe I haven't trained long enough to figure it out, but I watch others move and I can't figure out they're styles either.
Have you ever thought of that question, or do you already have your style figured out?
I guess if I could define my style as anything, I'd say it's incredibly close to this person's

I spend a good amount of time on the ground with my face in the dirt. But seriously, I don't think I have found my particular way yet. It will come in time.

I Persure speed and fluidity, however I am Fickle I often succumb to the flashy airs of free running, if only briefly before returning to parkour.
In all seriousness I take it as the other side of the martial arts coin, the training for the flight response, so when i'm not free running its all speed, efficiency, and power

I have recently been asking myself whats my style. I guess my style is more powerful and explosive than anything. Think ill ask some friends and see what they think.

@Shae, hahahaha, love it!
@Barry, yeah man, I might have to agree with you on that. We kind of have the same style, differences in there of course, but much like me you like to conserve a little bit in the middle of your runs to really explode into your vaults and jumps.

@Baldur, Yeah your right man. I do notice I do that. I have tried to just go full speed and strength on that triple kong in the gym...did not work out so well lmao. I notice when I use everything I have at once I can't control myself haha.
