TEXAS PARKOUR ACADEMY

Parkour Classes, Bootcamps, Workshops, Clinics, Lectures and Performances

The Texas Parkour Academy is based in Austin and is establishing locations all over Texas. We also work with School Districts such as AISD to teach youth classes in inner city schools. Our classes focus on safety, strength, balance, coordination and skill. All classes and Workshops are fully scalable for all ages and fitness levels.

DESCRIPTION The smell of smell of concrete and fresh air is why we like waking up at 5am in the morning. This Bootcamp is designed to push you out of the drudge of your cubical and into a different work environment that includes running, jumping and climbing. Rekindle your inner child, get a great workout and acquire new skills.

DESCRIPTION Our classes focus on; safety, strength, balance, coordination and skill. Youth are going to climb and jump; we are here to teach them how to safely perform these movements. Our classes meet weekly and great for any youth's level. We have certified coaches through Parkour Federation. All of our classes are low and slow and offer a great amount of encouragement for youth.

NATURAL METHOD CONDITIONING 101 | REGISTER NOW!

DESCRIPTION Evolutionary fitness at its best! In this ongoing series of classes we focus on the idea by Georges Hébert: "Être fort pour être utile"--"Being strong to be useful." Condition your body to move naturally through any environment. Develop and refine your movement skills, overcome your fears and get out there. Run, climb, carry, balance, jump, roll, crawl, move like you have never moved before! build strength and control. This class will enhance your conditioning for Parkour, running and real life. Sessions are held in outdoor locations around Austin and come in a weekly 8-class format designed to drastically improve your skills no matter your beginning level.
