Texas Parkour will no longer be putting on a free demonstration but Desmund encourages everyone to still come out and support the event.

On September 27th athletes committed to the Fight Gone Bad workout will move from each of five stations after one minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.

Deadlift High Pull
Box Jump

This Workout is for Everyone!

The Event is Scaled to Every Level of Fitness! On the Day of the Event you will participate in the workout at a beginner, intermediate, or elite level. The workout will meet you where you are at physically! It is designed for everyone to participate – Regardless of your experience, age, or fitness level!
